Innovative Split Gate

Every Expedition is equipped with a Ford Split Gate which combines an SUV liftgate with the functionality of a pickup tailgate. The upper three-quarters of the gate lifts so you can access the rear cargo area as you would on a regular SUV.

However, the lower section of this ingenious gate folds downwards, opening up the rear and turning the gate into a makeshift work surface, table, or seating area. Capable of supporting 500 pounds, the split gate makes your Expedition the perfect tailgating hub.

Ford Digital Experience

Tech lovers will appreciate the immersive experience Ford has created inside the new Expedition.
